The team is based in the UK and the operation is headed by Technical Director, Andrew Stone, who operates from a workshop in Yeovil, Somerset. Andrew has a wealth of experience with over 30 years in motorcycle racing.
With MS Dhoni, the Indian Cricket Captain, as the teams Brand Ambassador, Mahi Racing are popular around the world.
The team was created in 2012 and entered a number of wildcard races for development purposes.
2013 was the team’s first full season in The World Supersport Championship with riders Kenan Sofuoglu and Fabien Foret.
- Kenan Sofuoglu finished the 2013 Championship in 2nd place.
- Fabien Foret finished the 2013 Championship in 3rd place.
Under Andrew Stone’s guidance, the team claimed the “Top Team in the World Award 2013” and the coveted “Constructors World Title 2013”, which was the first time ever for Kawasaki as a manufacturer.
2014 TEAM GOALS
Kenan Sofuoglu is again contesting the World Supersport Championship with his sights firmly set on regaining the Title.
Fabien Foret is taking a step up to the World Superbike EVO Championship. The EVO Championship is regarded as the future of Superbike racing, with a few teams taking the step up this year in preparation for 2015. Fabien’s wealth of experience will ensure he is a front runner in 2014. He will also use his knowledge to assist his crew in further developing the machine with the aim of running two Championship dominating EVO machines in 2015.
